Sue McGrogan is a proven executive with more than 30 years of success building clinical documentation/medical transcription service organizations into world-class solution providers.
Sue's forte is growing successful healthcare businesses, including three highly touted healthcare services companies which were subsequently successfully merged with other major business partners. She has built several health care companies from the ground up to multi-million dollar companies.
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Transcend Services, Sue was tasked with leading the company to the forefront of the clinical documentation industry, and ensuring Transcend’s revenue growth and profitability. Ms. McGrogan also managed the corporate mission of providing the highest level of service to insure an exceptional customer experience. Transcend was sold to Nuance in 2012 at a price of $330 million. Sue stayed at Nuance for a little over a year to ensure successful transition of the customer base.
She is now excited to apply her passion to the hospitality industry with her recent acquisition of The Legends at Silverthorn which is now the Silverthorn Banquets & Events Center.
Philanthropy is also very important; Sue sits on multiple Boards and gives a lot of her time & resources to various children’s charities.
She is also an avid Florida Gator fan.

He has also spent time in the resort world as the Banquet Chef at Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, as well as multiple years as a Sous Chef at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Sandals Beach Resort in Turks and Caicos and Caesar’s Steakhouse in Calgary, Canada! Jose refined his art earning his Culinary Degree at the Instituto Culinario de Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela and a degree in Hospitality Management from Hotel Escuela de Los Andes Venezolanos in Merida Venezuela.
Born in Argentina, his specialty is Italian, and steak of all varieties, but he is well versed in many different cuisines. He is fluent in Spanish, loves soccer and has already begun his tenure at The Club! Please join us in welcoming Jose to our community!
Ginger moved to Brooksville in 2010 after falling in love with her husband, Chris and the city where he was born and raised. Ginger has been planning and coordinating events and special occasions since 2016. She started her own business, Dreaming Tree Events, in 2018.

Ginger excels at engaging clients and managing the logistics of any occasion. She thinks of every detail and makes a point of finding out what’s most important for the event to ensure expectations are met, or often times exceeded.
Ginger has two children and is a volunteer with various organizations to include the Junior Service League of Brooksville, Brooksville Main Street and Dawn Center of Hernando County.
