Sue McGrogan is a proven executive with more than 30 years of success building clinical documentation/medical transcription service organizations into world-class solution providers.
Sue's forte is growing successful healthcare businesses, including three highly touted healthcare services companies which were subsequently successfully merged with other major business partners. She has built several health care companies from the ground up to multi-million dollar companies.
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Transcend Services, Sue was tasked with leading the company to the forefront of the clinical documentation industry, and ensuring Transcend’s revenue growth and profitability. Ms. McGrogan also managed the corporate mission of providing the highest level of service to insure an exceptional customer experience. Transcend was sold to Nuance in 2012 at a price of $330 million. Sue stayed at Nuance for a little over a year to ensure successful transition of the customer base.
She is now excited to apply her passion to the hospitality industry with her recent acquisition of The Legends at Silverthorn which is now the Silverthorn Banquets & Events Center.
Philanthropy is also very important; Sue sits on multiple Boards and gives a lot of her time & resources to various children’s charities.
She is also an avid Florida Gator fan.

Executive Chef, Jeff Northrop brings over 30 years of experience to The Club at Silverthorn and the Silverthorn Banquets & Events Center.
As Corporate Executive Chef at Caliente Resorts, Jeff managed the culinary operations and the kitchen for the entire resort including menu creation, inventory management and the entire restaurant guest experience.
He has also spent time with Catches and Riverside Restaurants, as well as Landry's Restaurants where he held the position of Corporate Executive Traveling Chef.
He earned his Culinary Arts/Chef Training Diplome at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France and is a Certified Executive Chef, as well as Certified Professional Food Manager.
In 1994, Chef Jeff, was part of the core team that launched the brand new kitchen here at Silverthorn. If you have been a resident here since then, you may recognize him!
Roger Ciliberto joined us at the start of 2024. He has spent the last year+ in a technology & marketing consulting role with a previous restaurant and recently took on the full-time role as General Manager at The Club at Silverthorn.
He grew up in the family restaurant business, initially slicing cold cuts as a 14 year old for his parents
Roger Ciliberto joined us at the start of 2024. He has spent the last year+ in a technology & marketing consulting role with a previous restaurant and recently took on the full-time role as General Manager at The Club at Silverthorn.
He grew up in the family restaurant business, initially slicing cold cuts as a 14 year old for his parents Italian Import store and eventually went on to manage his own Restaurant & Pizzeria.
He moved into the world of big business running sales, operations and finance at companies such as ADT Security, PageNet, Dun & Bradstreet and 3M.
More recently, he spent his time at technology start-ups where he enjoyed a sale and exit from a Massachusetts based CRM & marketing company he was leading.

Deb enjoys building relationships with our customers and serves as the primary liaison and schedule coordinator to ensure all staffing needs are met in the kitchen, with our servers and for banquets. Whether it is planning for staff to cover last minute call-ins, scheduling vacation coverage or staffing the restaurant in general, Deb is well versed in business determined staffing so the restaurant doesn't become short staffed at any time.
Deb also assists with accounts payable, HR and on boarding for both sides of the house, as well as coordinates Banquets & Events working closely with our Banquets & Events Manager.
Deb thrives on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations with every encounter. Deb brings unwavering commitment and energy to every customer and truly enjoys participating in the restaurants and banquet teams success!
